These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Easy Anatomy mobile application and the website https://easyanatomyapp.com (collectively, the “Service”). This Agreement is between you (the “User”) and EASY ANATOMY – FZCO, a company registered at DSO-IFZA, Building A1, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, Dubai, TRN: 104306481300003 (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
1. General Provisions
1.1. By using the Easy Anatomy mobile application (“App”) for iOS or Android and/or the website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
2. Description of the Service
2.1. The Service provides access to educational content related to anatomy, including but not limited to 3D models, animations, text, and images, via the App.
2.2. Access is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription terms, duration, and pricing are available within the App.
2.3. Subscriptions may be available on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime basis. Activating a subscription constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2.4. The App is not an accredited educational program, does not hold any educational licenses, and does not issue certificates.
3. Age and User Conduct
3.1. You must be at least 12 years old to use the Service.
3.2. You must not post or share content that includes violence, pornography, hate speech, threats, offensive language, or any other illegal or harmful material.
3.3. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to another person.
3.4. The use of automated systems (e.g., bots, scripts) to access the Service is strictly prohibited.
3.5. You must not publish the personal or confidential information of others and must comply with all applicable laws.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All materials in the Service, including software, text, graphics, images, and 3D models, are the intellectual property of the Company or used with appropriate licenses.
4.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any materials without prior written consent from the Company.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, error-free operation, or that the content meets your expectations.
5.2. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
5.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, without obligation to provide a refund.
6. Subscriptions and Cancellations
6.1. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless auto-renew is disabled in your device’s store settings or within the App.
6.2. You may cancel your subscription within 72 hours of activation or renewal by contacting us at support@easyanatomyapp.com.
6.3. If your request meets the refund conditions, the payment will be refunded within ten (10) business days.
7. Modifications to Terms
7.1. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon their publication in the App or on the Website.
7.2. Continued use of the Service after changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Third-Party Services
8.1. The Service may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse such third-party content.
8.2. Your interaction with third-party services is at your own risk.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations. If not resolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
9.2. You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this Agreement.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
10. Payments and Security
10.1. Payments for subscriptions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
10.2. We do not store or process your credit card information. All payment data is handled securely in accordance with international data security standards.
